Our Amazing Experience at Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel Apartment

For the past three years, my wife and I have been staying at the Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel Apartment during our travels to Amman. We have always enjoyed our stay, but the best part of it all has been the fantastic service we have received from the staff. We wanted to give a special shout out to Mohammed Jamal, Nasser, Mohammed Obed, Mahmmond, Ibrahim, and Abdul Rahmman, who have all been exceptional in their respective duties. The teamwork displayed by this outstanding group of individuals is a true testament to their dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work. We also want to acknowledge the leadership of Abu Raed, who has done an excellent job training his front desk managers to run a smooth operation. Anytime of day or night, we have been amazed by the exceptional service we have received from Fayez, Nafa, or Abdullah. They are always ready to assist us with anything we need and have provided us with the best service we have ever experienced in Amman. Every aspect of this Hotel Apartment was 6 stars. The name Jewheret Alswefiah (Jewel of the Area) is very befitting. We cannot express our gratitude enough to this amazing team at Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel Apartment. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests have made our stays memorable, and we cannot wait to return and experience their amazing service once again!

This is my fourth stay at Jewheret Alswefiah, which was originally recommended to me by a friend who lives in Amman. Very conveniently located for shops, restaurants and for sight seeing in the city and around the north of Jordan (Madaba, Jerash, Dead Sea, Irbud, amongst others). Close to national public bus transportation (Jet buses) for trips around Jordan. Thanks to Fayz again for all his help, also to Nafa and the owner. Small fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge and washing machine. Very comfortable bed and good linen/towels. Very prompt response to any request.

The location is good for shopping, it's right across the road from the Galleria Mall, 2 minute walk. And there are many restaurants, local shopping, and specialty shops with a 3 or 4 block walking distance. Once I arrived in the area, I quickly realized I did need to go anywhere else by car to get some things I needed. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, I had two or three requests after checking in and each one was taken care of within 10 minutes or less. The rooms have mini kitchens in them with limited dishes, silver ware glasses and cups. Refrigerator, microwave, cook top and hot water kettle are also in the room. Easy to re-warm or prepare limited meals if your prefer to stay in. The hotel has WiFi, ask the reception desk for the password. The room I had was one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay again.

The stay started with the Operations Manager Fares greeting us with a generous Welcome! and how my we provide you the best service! It was all positive from the first day on! Every member of the staff were extremely polite and customer service oriented. The Apartment was very clean and large! The cleaning team headed by Ibrahim, were very thorough and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. The service was better than excellent! The breakfast team, headed by Mohammed and his assistant Abdulazez greeted us with masked smiles every morning and served a great breakfast! We have stayed all over the world and this Apartment is a gem. Alla, the Manager was frequently at the desk and was always so nice and accommodating. However, Feres was the best treating us as in an exceptional manner. Fayez was also very nice, extremely thoughtful and always willing to assist. We recommend staying here and when we are coming back to Jordan we plan on having this be our home in Amman!

I booked a Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel apartment for several nights in December 2018, while visiting various friends in Amman. It is well located in the city centre with easy access to the shops/shopping mall. The staff on reception - Mohammed Ziyad and Mahmoud Men'em - provided excellent service. As the apartments have their own kitchenettes, you can make your own breakfast but you can call pay for good freshly cooked breakfast which will be brought to your apartment. It is also convenient for the SuperJet bus station where I took a train from and to Aqaba. I would definitely stay there again.
